Rashmi R is an Executive Solutions Consultant and Product Analyst at LeadSquared since December 2022, managing the Service Cloud, Converse, and Chatbot while conducting product demos and user training. Previously, Rashmi held a role in the Founder's Office as a Market Research Analyst, responsible for research and strategy development. Rashmi's experience includes positions as Senior Executive in Sponsorship Sales and Business Development Executive at Exito Media Concepts Pvt Ltd from October 2020 to December 2022, and a short-term role in Plant Intelligence and Data Analysis at Central University of Kerala in June 2019. Additionally, Rashmi completed industrial training at Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited in December 2018. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biotechnology from N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE (2016-2020) and completed Pre-University College studies in Biology at Vidyodaya Pre University College, Udupi (2015-2016).
