Ana Cárdenas Mau

Ana Cárdenas Mau is currently working at Leadtech Group as a CRM Technical Coordinator in the Back Office & Automation team. Ana plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing technical incidents and planning automated improvements to enhance the quality and productivity of the company's clients and services. Before joining Leadtech Group, Ana worked at Zyncro as a Quality Assurance & Customer Support. Ana studied GFCS Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones e Informática at INS Anna Gironella de Mundet and is currently pursuing a degree in Ingeniería de Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
