Damon Kleckler is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software engineering and architectural design. Currently serving as Principal Architect at LeadVenture™ since September 2019, Damon specializes in enterprise solutions across multiple business units and verticals, focusing on datalake development and analytics strategy. Previously, Damon held significant roles at Cirium as Principal Software Engineer, where the migration of in-house time-series databases to AWS datalake technology was key, and at Cox Automotive Inc. as Principal Technical Architect, overseeing digital retailing integration. Damon also contributed as Principal Software Engineer at Dealertrack, Inc., and served in various engineering roles at Teseda Corporation and InfoHandler, demonstrating expertise across automotive and education sectors. Damon earned a degree from the University of Oregon between 1997 and 2002.
