Robert Newberry

Robert Newberry currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Leadwave.ai Revenue Growth Machine since April 2024. Prior to this role, Robert was the Young Adults Pastor at Christ Chapel Bible Church from August 2015 to August 2024, where responsibilities included vision casting, teaching, and counseling, as well as managing a team and planning annual mission trips. Robert also held positions as the Renovate Men’s Director and Middle School Men’s Director at Christ Chapel, focusing on developing young adult men and assisting in ministry planning. Earlier experiences include roles as a Social Work Intern at VITAS Healthcare and a High School Counselor at Pine Cove Christian Camps. Robert holds a degree from Texas Christian University, completed in 2015.
