Hillary Flood

Hillary Flood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative support and business management. Currently employed in Collections at LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc. since August 2023, Hillary also serves as the Owner of C&H Septic Services since March 2022, overseeing all aspects of company operations including paperwork, accounts receivable, accounts payable, interviewing, scheduling, and payroll. Prior to these roles, Hillary worked at Orscheln Farm and Home LLC from July 2007 to July 2023, holding positions such as Executive Assistant to the President, Loss Prevention Administrator, and Awards Administrator. Hillary holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Management and Human Resource Management from Columbia College, earned between 2011 and 2015.
