Chris Nagel

Chris is the Chief Financial Officer of Leaf Home Solutions with over two decades of experience as a financial executive. Prior to joining Leaf Home Solutions in June 2019, Chris served as CFO of Springs Window Fashions in Madison, Wisconsin. While at Springs, Chris helped execute a number of acquisitions as well as the successful sale of the company to another private equity sponsor. Prior to joining Springs, Chris served as CFO and Executive Vice President of Finance of Fairmount Santrol, a sand reserve and manufacturer serving international oil and gas markets. During his four-year tenure at Fairmount Santrol, Chris played an instrumental role in leading the Company through its accelerated IPO, increasing revenue to over $1.4 billion and facilitating acquisitions totaling $475 million.

Previously, Chris spent nine years in various roles at Scotts Miracle-Gro, including Chief Financial Officer, overseeing investor relations, strategy and business development. Chris was named as one of Crain's Cleveland's CFOs of the Year in 2015 and previously served on the board of the Cleveland Zoological Society. He received his Bachelor's degree from Ohio State University.
