Jason Maas

Jason Maas currently serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Data at Leaf Home, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Jason held roles such as Executive Director of the Data Insights Practice at Ollion for a brief tenure in late 2023 and at 2nd Watch from January 2022 to October 2023. Jason co-founded Aptitive, where service as Chief Operating Officer continued until its acquisition in December 2021. Earlier professional experience includes managerial responsibilities at Pariveda Solutions, a technical specialist role at The Revere Group, and senior consulting at Accenture. Jason holds a B.S. in general data processing from Northern Illinois University, completed in 2000, and possesses thirteen years of experience in data warehousing and custom application solutions.
