Kevin Bailey

Kevin Bailey has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and management roles. Kevin most recently served as the Vice President of People Operations at Leaf Home, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at Leaf Home from October 2020 to October 2022. Before joining Leaf Home, Kevin worked as the Human Resources Director at National General Insurance from June 2015 to October 2020. Kevin also held the position of Manager of University Relations at Eaton Corporation from March 2011 to June 2015.

Kevin Bailey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The University of Toledo. Kevin also holds a Master of Education degree in Training and Human Resources Development from the same institution.
