Michael Matisz

Michael Matisz has extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics planning. Michael currently serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Leaf Home, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to this, they worked at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. where they held various roles such as Manager, Logistics Planning, Supervisor, Logistics Planning and Compliance, Senior Analyst, Logistics Planning and Compliance, and Supervisor, Facility Planning. During their time at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc., they were involved in significant projects such as editing and publishing the Vendor Relationship Guide, designing and implementing the Vendor Portal, and developing the Vendor Certification Program.

Michael Matisz attended The University of Akron from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained an AAS degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology with Highest Distinction, specializing in Engineering/Industrial Management. During the same period, they also earned a BS degree in Automated Manufacturing Engineering Technology from The University of Akron. Prior to that, they studied Industrial System Engineering at Ohio University from 1998 to 2002.
