Julie Spencer

Julie Spencer has a wealth of experience in various roles within the manufacturing and operations field. Julie most recently held the position of Vice President of Regional Customer Supply Chain at Barry Callebaut Group starting in January 2024. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Manufacturing at the same company from an unspecified date in 2021 until January 2024. Prior to joining Barry Callebaut Group, Julie served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at GPA for two years, from 2019 to 2021. Julie also held the positions of Vice President Operations at Assemblers Inc from 2018 to 2019, and Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations at Vosges Haut-Chocolat from 2012 to 2018. Julie's career started at World's Finest® Chocolate, where they held several roles, including Director Of Continuous Improvement from 2010 to 2012, Director of Manufacturing (Value Stream 3) in 2008-2009, Process Engineer in 2007-2008, Production Manager from 2003-2007, and Manufacturing Measurements Analyst from 2001-2003.

Julie Spencer attended Purdue University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a focus on Agricultural and Biological studies. In 2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Elmhurst University, graduating in 2010. Julie also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from SSA & Company.
