Leo Cerda is an experienced Sustainability Specialist currently working at Leafr since January 2024, where the focus is on connecting companies with top freelance sustainability experts. In addition, Leo serves as Chief Product Strategist at PALO IT, leading teams to define and develop impactful ventures at the intersection of product and sustainability. The dual initiatives aim to leverage technology for enhancing sustainability among organizations and to support positive impact companies. Leo is also actively involved as a mentor within several organizations, including EnergyLab and Climate Salad, and has held various strategic roles in climate tech and product development firms, such as More Traction and Raaise. Leo's educational background includes degrees in finance and user experience design from institutions such as Universidad Metropolitana and General Assembly.
