While studying engineering at the University of Canterbury, Harry cultivated a passion for chemistry and its role in helping to produce tangible improvements to the way they produce and consume food. Harry joins Leaft as a Process Engineer after completing a master’s in Chemical and Process Engineering and working as a Product Development Technologist in the nutraceutical industry.
