Maury Leyland Penno

Prior to founding Leaft, Maury was a senior executive at Fonterra, worked as a strategy consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, working with large companies in New Zealand and Australia and was a member of the design team for Team New Zealand during the successful 1995 America's Cup sailing campaign in San Diego.

Maury is a person who lives her values and has embedded a purpose mindset into Leaft Foods. In addition to holding directorships in New Zealand, she recently invested in a regenerative farming project in her hometown, where she is involved in both setting the direction and working on the farm day to day with her sheepdog, Belle.
