Nikki Carter, MBA, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and talent management. Nikki is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at Leafwell, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Advisory Council Member at PeopleGuru from October 2021 to January 2023. From August 2020 to January 2022, Nikki was the Human Resources Director at nuEra Cannabis.

Nikki's previous experience includes working as a Senior Consultant in HR and Talent Management at 4 Point Consulting from 2019 to 2020, as well as a Regional Talent Partner at National Express LLC and Regional Talent at Option Care Health in 2019.
