Charlotte Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Charlotte started their career in 2012 as a Waitress at The Links of Novi. In 2013, they became an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Michigan State University, where they worked until 2015. Charlotte then worked as an International Research Scholar at the National Science Foundation for a few months in 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Aquaponics Technician / Property Manager at Waiahole Nursery and Garden Center. In 2017, they joined Cutting Edge Solutions as a Laboratory Technician and later became a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Most recently, Charlotte has been employed at LeafWorks Inc., starting in 2019 as a Laboratory Associate. Charlotte then progressed to the role of Research and Development Scientist before becoming a Research Lab Supervisor II. The duration of their current role at LeafWorks Inc. is ongoing.
