Heather Ratliff Ncidq

Heather Ratliff NCIDQ, CHID, LEED AP IDC is an accomplished professional with a robust background in interior design and a commitment to community engagement. Currently serving as a Furniture & Equipment Specialist at McKesson since August 2024, Ratliff plays a critical role in design and procurement for the organization. Previously, extensive experience includes positions as a Senior Interior Designer for Elevar Design Group and emersion design, alongside volunteer work with the League for Animal Welfare focused on special events and fundraising. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati. Additional leadership development was attained through the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's C-Change program.
