Cynthia Wilson is currently the Vice President for Learning and Chief Impact Officer at the League for Innovation in the Community College. Prior to this role, Cynthia served as an instructor at Southwest Texas Junior College, where she taught English and history at the Eagle Pass Outreach Center in Eagle Pass, Texas. Before her time at the college, Cynthia worked as a teacher and department chair at Jack C. Hays High School. Cynthia holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Administration with a focus on Community College Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master’s Degree in History and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Texas State University.
