Rufus Glasper

Rufus Glasper currently serves as the President and CEO of the League for Innovation in the Community College, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to catalyzing the community college movement. Prior to this role, Rufus served as the Chancellor of Maricopa Community Colleges for 30 years. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Finance from the University of Arizona, Rufus has a strong background in financial administration and strategic leadership within the education sector.
