Tia Carter

Tia Carter has a strong background in fundraising and cycling education, currently serving as the Director of Fundraising at the Lancaster Bicycle Club. In addition, Tia holds the position of League Cycling Instructor at the League of American Bicyclists since May 2021, contributing expertise in promoting safe cycling practices and developing community engagement through effective fundraising initiatives.
