Melanie Hausmann

Melanie Hausmann currently serves as the Director of Annual Fund & Gift Planning at the League of American Orchestras since May 2022, after previously holding the position of Assistant Director in the same department. Between December 2004 and May 2007, Melanie worked as a Government Affairs Associate at the League, representing the organization on legislative issues relevant to the orchestra field. Prior to this, Melanie was a Program Manager at Catherine French Group, where recruitment of top management executives for arts organizations was a primary responsibility. Early career experience includes a role as Program Coordinator at the League of American Orchestras, supporting operations and administrative tasks for various programs. Melanie earned a Master of Music in Music Performance from the University of North Texas and holds a degree from Texas Tech University.
