Mark Ruff

Mark Ruff is a finance professional with extensive experience in municipal finance and advisory roles. Currently serving as Finance Director for the League of Minnesota Cities, Mark has also held positions as a consultant for MRuff Strategies, LLC, Treasurer for the City of Woodbury, and City Coordinator and CFO for the City of Minneapolis. Additionally, Mark has worked as a Senior Municipal Advisor/Director at Ehlers, demonstrating a strong background in financial management and strategic advisory within the public sector.
