Volunteer Lobbyist For LWV Oregon In Education And Climate Change at League of Women Voters

Anne Nesse is a dedicated advocate for education and climate change, currently serving as a Volunteer Lobbyist for the League of Women Voters of Oregon since April 2021. In this role, Anne focuses on research, writing, and art presentations that emphasize positive solutions for sustainability. Previously, Anne founded and directed Sustainable Economies Northwest from March 2016 to April 2021, managing initiatives aimed at fostering sustainable job creation in Idaho. Anne also has experience as a teacher and small business owner in the Falls Violincello School, where services were provided from August 1999 to May 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychology from the University of Washington.
