Christina Donelson

Christina Donelson is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People Success at League One Volleyball. Christina co-founded and leads Viola Leadership Consulting Group, LLC, as President and Executive Coach, offering strategic advisory services. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Moore and Strategic Culture and Talent Advisor at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. Christina is also recognized as a member of Chief, a network for women leaders. Academically, Christina holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Arlington.
