Katlyn Gao

Katlyn Gao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katlyn co-founded and served as the CEO of League One Volleyball starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they were the GM and SVP of Peek Kids, where they successfully completed a sale to Mamiye Brothers in New York. Katlyn also held the position of GM and SVP of Global Ecommerce at lululemon from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they worked at SEPHORA as the GM of SEPHORA Inside JCPenney. From 2010 to 2015, Katlyn was the GM of Walgreens Retail Digital Commerce at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Katlyn also served as the Director of Global Merchandising at Coach from 2007 to 2010. Katlyn pursued an MBA at Harvard Business School from 2005 to 2007 and worked as a Manager of Corporate Strategy at Neiman Marcus Group in 2004. Prior to that, they were a Senior Strategy Analyst at Sears, Roebuck and Co. and started their career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2001 to 2003.

Katlyn Gao has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Northwestern University. Katlyn also attended the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy for an unspecified degree or field of study. Additionally, they have pursued further education at Harvard Business School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
