Kellie Cavalier

Kellie Cavalier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kellie currently holds the position of VP, Pro Ops & Events at League One Volleyball, a role they began in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Consultant as a freelance professional, starting in July 2018.

In their previous roles, they served as VP, Operations at Premier Rugby Sevens from June 2021 to November 2022. Before that, they were the Business Operations Manager at 11th Hour Racing from August 2018 to June 2021.

Kellie has also held multiple positions at USA Rugby. From January 2018 to August 2018, they acted as the VP, International Events, leading cross-departmental teams, managing strategic planning processes, and overseeing major event bids. Kellie also served as the Director, International Events from September 2014 to January 2018, where they were responsible for planning and executing domestic and international rugby events.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Jet Set Sports as an Assistant Program Manager for the London 2012 Olympics, managing internal team operations and coordinating VIP guest services. Kellie also gained experience as a Graduate Assistant for Internships and Sport Management at SUNY Cortland, providing administrative support and teaching undergraduate classes.

Before that, Kellie worked at Events DC as an Assistant in Event Operations, progressing to the role of Event Manager, where they planned and executed small-scale events. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Sport Management at both London Metropolitan University and the State University of New York Cortland.
