Lesley Heard

Lesley Heard has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lesley started their career in 2008 as a Hedge Fund Research Analyst at Austin Capital Management, where they conducted research and due diligence on credit and volatility hedge funds. In 2009, they moved to CAZ Investments, where they became an integral member of a three-person investment team managing a multi-strategy fund of hedge funds portfolio. Lesley was responsible for research and due diligence on ten hedge fund investments and served as the lead investment analyst for volatility arbitrage, quantitative, and relative value hedge fund strategies.

In 2012, Lesley Heard took on the role of Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer at Dorchester Capital Advisors, LLC before founding their own company, TCS Volleyball. Lesley served as the Founder and Director of TCS Volleyball from 2012 to 2021.

In 2021, Lesley Heard joined 49 Financial as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Lesley later became the Director of Recruiting, a role they held until 2023. Currently, Lesley Heard is working at League One Volleyball as part of the Club Operations team.

Throughout their career, Lesley Heard has demonstrated expertise in hedge fund research, due diligence, and talent acquisition.

Lesley Heard earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin, completing their education between 2006 and 2008. Prior to this, they attended Texas State University from 2004 to 2005, however, the specific degree and field of study they pursued during this time are unknown.
