Jared Cooper is the Director of Social Impact at LeagueApps. Jared has dedicated their career to using sports as a tool for social change and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry to make this happen.

Jared got their start in the industry as a writer and contributor for the Southeastern Conference. Jared then went on to found Sports Power Weekends, a company that provided weekends of intense training for young athletes. The company was a success and helped Jared land a job at TicketIQ, where they led their content and digital marketing strategy.

In their current role at LeagueApps, Jared is using their platform to increase access for young people across the country to high quality sports-based youth development programs. Jared is also working to improve coordination between youth sports stakeholders and other key decision makers, and increase the amount of funding, resources, and awareness for sports as a solution for social change.

Jared Cooper has a BA in Communications from the University of Michigan and a Graduate Certificate Program in Sports Management from New York University.
