Paul Yarabe

Paul Yarabe currently serves as VP of Portfolio and Program Management at Leal Therapeutics, following a tenure at Rocket Pharmaceuticals as Senior Director of Program Management for Danon Disease and Director of Program Management & Business Operations. At Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Paul led program management for AAV Gene Therapy Programs, managed supply chains for plasmid and viral vectors, and contributed to four successful IND submissions to the FDA. Prior experience includes roles as a Strategist at the Institution for a Global Society, where Paul helped secure a multimillion-dollar investment, and as Director of Project Development at the Japan America Academic Center, which Paul co-founded. Academic research includes work at Massachusetts General Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine focusing on genomic data and neurological disorders, complemented by degrees from Harvard University and Harvard Business School.
