Yawar Khan

Yawar Khan is an experienced Cyber Security Engineer specializing in IT/OT within the industrial automation sector, currently employed at Lean Automation since March 2014. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Defense and Detection in Depth strategies, network hardening, threat intelligence, and endpoint security. Yawar also has a background as a Senior Control Systems Engineer, where leadership in maintenance and commissioning projects at a gas refinery was key, along with roles as a Control Systems Engineer, Commissioning & Lead Engineer, and Design and Application Engineer, focusing on control applications, site commissioning, and HMI design. Internships at Heavy Electrical Complex and WAPDA provided foundational experience in power transformer manufacturing and electrical supply.
