Currently serving as the System Vice President Design & Construction at AdventHealth, Navarro has also held roles such as Founder & President at Matalino Strategic Solutions Corporation and Lean Coach & Instructor at Lean Construction Institute (US). With a background in architecture and healthcare management, Navarro has a wealth of experience managing projects across various healthcare organizations, including Advocate Aurora Health and Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
