Al Paz-Yener is the founder of Lean Layer, a revenue operations practice dedicated to assisting high-growth tech and media companies in achieving their ambitious goals. With experience at Goldman Sachs and as a Director on the GTM team at FreeWheel, Al has a strong background in operations, customer success, and go-to-market strategy. Currently, Al is focused on helping clients optimize their revenue operations through consulting, recruiting, and training services. Al is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bucknell University.
