Fahim Omarshah has worked in the customer success and account management fields since 2014. Fahim started at Expedia Group as a Partner Success Account Manager and B2B Account Manager for Homeaway. In 2019, they joined GoCardless as a Manager - Corporate Customer Success (EMEA), where they built and led the Corporate Customer Success team (EMEA) and held key accountability for 170+ customers. In 2022, they joined Lean Technologies as a Customer Success Lead, where they enabled fintech innovators to seamlessly connect to their customers’ bank accounts to initiate real time payments and retrieve their account information.
Fahim Omarshah attended Coombe Sixth Form from 2004 to 2006, where they achieved A Levels in Business Studies, IT, and Combined English. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Kingston University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business and Law.
