Ritu Jaiswal

Ritu Jaiswal is currently serving as an HR Recruitment Coordinator at ECLDC since December 2024 and as a Human Resources Staffing Coordinator at d-Matrix since April 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring managers. Ritu has been involved in administrative roles at Leander ISD since January 2022, ensuring confidentiality and organizing seminars and events. Previously, Ritu held the position of Human Resources Administrator at Iris Florets - India from January 2015 to April 2019, focusing on student engagement and communication with parents. Ritu's early career includes legal roles as a Legal Associate at MINDCREST (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED and Legasis Services Pvt. Ltd. with experience in legal research and contract work. Ritu holds a Diploma in Education, Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Asian School of Cyber Laws, a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, and an LLB and BA in Social Sciences from Banaras Hindu University.
