Marc Schriftman

Marc Schriftman is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at LeanDNA since May 2025, Marc previously held the position of SVP Engineering at AffiniPay, where responsibilities included overseeing development and AI initiatives. At Arrive Logistics, Marc built and led a 120-engineer team while enhancing the company’s data capabilities. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at Nano, where responsibility encompassed engineering recruitment and cloud architecture delivery, as well as at Spredfast, where Marc advanced the Social Relationship Platform through team optimization and cross-department collaboration. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
