Mikko Wahlroos

Mikko Wahlroos is a Technical Product Manager and Lead Solution Engineer at Danfoss Leanheat Building since January 2019, specializing in artificial intelligence-based IoT solutions for optimizing indoor temperature and energy consumption in district heated buildings. Prior to this role, Mikko served as a Doctoral Researcher at Aalto University from April 2015 to January 2019, focusing on smart low-carbon district heating systems, and as a Research Assistant at Aalto University from December 2013 to December 2014, contributing to various projects and publications. Mikko's early career included roles as a courier and removal man at Espoon Vectopalvelu Oy from June 2004 to August 2013. Mikko holds a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in Energy Technology and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Energy Technology, both from Aalto University.
