Aviral Vaid

Aviral Vaid is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in AI and data-driven solutions, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at SAP LeanIX since October 2024. Vaid previously held the role of Product Manager AI at kloeckner.i GmbH, where notable achievements included leading the development of an MVP that digitized templated PDFs into ERP quotes and orders, integrating an NLP model for automatic email digitization, and exceeding digital share targets. At the Max Planck Society, Vaid executed the Go-To-Market strategy for NOMAD Oasis and successfully created a Research Data Governance product from inception, gaining traction with over 50 institutions. Vaid’s background includes a PhD in Materials Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and experience as a Data Scientist at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, where skills in data science and predictive modeling were developed alongside mentoring responsibilities.
