Daniela Cirneci

Daniela Cirneci currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Attraction Go-to-Market at LeanIX since July 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to this role, Daniela worked at EFI as the Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA from March 2015 to July 2022, and held the title of Senior Recruiter EMEA at ServiceNow from December 2014 to March 2015. Daniela's career began at RCS&RDS as a Recruiter Specialist, followed by positions such as Talent Acquisition Consultant at Ericsson and Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist at Millward Brown. Daniela possesses a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Sciences of Education, both from the University of Bucharest.
