Isabelle Wiedemann

Isabelle Wiedemann is a Senior Customer Success Manager at LeanIX, where Isabelle is responsible for managing 30 Enterprise customers in the DACH region. Prior to that, Isabelle was a Customer Success Team Lead at Cosuno, leading a team of 9 people and focusing on driving customer success outcomes and optimizing the customer lifecycle. With a background in store management, event planning, and office administration, Isabelle brings a diverse skill set to their role in customer success management. Isabelle holds a Master of Science degree in Value Chain Management from Technische Universität Chemnitz.
