Tjaz Jelovcan is the Head of Customer Success Management Onboarding EMEA at SAP LeanIX, leading a team focused on innovative SaaS onboarding strategies to enhance customer success and product engagement. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Customer Success Onboarding Manager at the same company and as Head Of Delivery for Cloud Adoption at MobiLab Solutions GmbH, where Tjaz oversaw cloud adoption projects. At Microsoft, Tjaz held several roles including Senior Program Manager for FastTrack for Azure, Modern Workplace Product Marketing Manager, and Account Technology Strategist, providing guidance on Azure and Microsoft 365 adoption across various regions. Tjaz began a career in technology at the University of Ljubljana, gaining experience in IT support and project management. Tjaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics from the University of Ljubljana and participated in an Erasmus Exchange Study in Global Business at FH Joanneum.
