Carolina Salinas

Carolina Salinas, M.Ed, currently serves as a Customer Experience and Operations Specialist at Leanlab Education since June 2024. Previously, Carolina was a Program Manager at Code Nation, overseeing program success at various high school sites and coordinating volunteer teams. Carolina's experience with Chicago Public Schools included roles as Science Department Chair, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team, facilitating meetings, and mentoring new teachers, as well as serving as a High School Science Teacher, where curriculum development and student performance improvement were key focuses. Earlier experience includes a Retail Sales Associate position at T-Mobile, excelling in customer engagement and sales. Carolina holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Northeastern Illinois University.
