Nikola Krupež

Nikola Krupež has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nikola is currently working at Leanpay as the Platform Lead. Previously, they worked at Kiwi.com as the Infrastructure Engineering Lead and Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Nikola also served as a Platform Migration Engineer and was responsible for migrating Kiwi.com's booking stack from AWS & Rancher to GCP & Kubernetes. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Kortechs and as a Software Developer at Gecko Solutions. Nikola has also worked as a Freelancer, where they focused on software development and Linux systems. Nikola'searlier experience includes roles as a Microwave Radio & IP Engineer at Ceragon Networks and as a Microwave Radio Engineer at Nera Networks AS. Nikola possesses a wide range of technical skills and is experienced in utilizing technologies such as GCP, GKE, AWS, GitLab, Terraform, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, DataDog, and CloudFlare.

Nikola Krupež obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the Telecommunications and Information Technology program at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, Serbia. Nikola attended this program from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Professional Cloud Architect certification from Google in January 2022, the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Network Engineer certification from Google in January 2021, the CCNA Routing and Switching certification from Cisco in June 2016, and the Offshore Safety & Emergency certification from Falck Nutec AS in June 2014.
