Jing Rojas Thompson has a diverse work experience. jing started their career as an intern at SAIC General Motors in 2008. Later, in 2011, they joined the same company as a Software Engineer and worked until October 2013. In 2019, Jing joined Leanplum as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for formulating and implementing sales plans.

Jing Rojas Thompson obtained a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Southwest University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. jing then pursued further education by completing a Master's degree in engineering and computer science at Edmonds College from 2017 to 2019.
