T Pallavi

T Pallavi has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. T began their career as an HR Coordinator at Logica in August 2010 and worked there until January 2011. T then joined Virtusa as an Associate Executive, where they were responsible for coordinating training programs and creating business presentations. T worked at Virtusa from January 2011 to February 2013. Following this, Pallavi worked at Syntel as an Executive, where they were in charge of the fresher's training program and handled logistics and software and hardware requirements. T worked at Syntel from January 2013 to June 2013. Pallavi then joined Automotive Robotics as a Senior Executive from December 2013 to October 2014. T later worked at Ford Motor Company as an HR Generalist from September 2015 to March 2016. Currently, they are employed as an HR Manager at LeanSwift Inc, starting from October 2017.

T Pallavi pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Anna Adarsh, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they enrolled in St Marys School of Management Studies from 2007 to 2010, where they completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a focus on Computer Science.
