Salam Ibrahim has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2018, they worked as an Engineering Day Camp Counselor at North Carolina State University, where they mentored students, facilitated team activities, and managed daily operations. In 2019, Salam worked as a Supply Chain Engineering Intern at Cree Lighting, where they were responsible for supply chain planning and managing materials. From 2020 to 2023, Salam worked at Duke University Health System in various roles, including Health Systems Engineer 1 for Palliative Care/Chief Medical Officer, and Management Engineering Intern. In these positions, they supported process improvement and analytics, developed Tableau visualization tools, and worked on performance improvement initiatives. Currently, Salam is employed at LeanTaaS as a Product Implementation and Customer Success Manager.

Salam Ibrahim completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University from 2017 to 2021.
