Mykola Pustovoychenko is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. As Co-Founder of LeanyLabs since June 2019, Mykola focuses on company growth, customer need analysis, and the formation of effective software development teams, aiming to foster a modern engineering culture. Prior roles include Web Developer at Intellias, where Mykola led a team of full-stack JavaScript developers, and Frontend Developer positions at DataClarity Corporation and Symphony Solutions, where responsibilities included architecture planning, mentoring, and team leadership. Mykola began the career as a Javascript Developer at MalkosUA, specializing in cross-browser adaptation and development for enterprise systems. Mykola is currently pursuing a certificate in Leadership & Management from Harvard Business School Online, building on a foundation established with a degree from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
