Reshan Kalaarajan is the current Regional Brand Director at LEAP Commerce. Prior to this, they were the Distribution Manager at Luxasia, overseeing all marketplaces for LEGO in Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia. Reshan has also worked as a Key Accounts Manager / Buyer at Lazada Malaysia (Rocket Internet), and as a Senior Professional at Samsung Electronics.

Reshan is responsible for overall P&L for the regional business of LEGO across 3 SEA countries, across 3 marketplaces in each. Reshan is also responsible for demand forecasting, stock procurement, store merchandising, campaign planning & execution to support the development of the business. In addition, they manage the A&P budget in ensuring highest ROI possible for e-commerce campaigns joined especially MEGA scaled campaigns every quarter. Finally, they are also responsible for stakeholder management & empowerment in ensuring business operations & growth plans are sustainable yet aggressive for maximum impact!

Reshan Kalaarajan's educational career began when they completed their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in the Science Stream at SMK Bandar Sri Damansara 2. Reshan then went on to study Psychology at HELP University, where they completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons).

Reshan Kalaarajan reports to Satyaki Banerjee, Managing Director. Reshan Kalaarajan works with Junior Tan - Regional Brand, Toys, Archana Rai - Cluster Head, Singapore & Malaysia, and Vignesvaran Saravanan - Regional Commercial Director.
