Vesna O. has extensive experience in client services and education, currently serving as a Client Services Consultant at LEAP Legal Software since October 2025, focusing on client satisfaction and training management. Previously, Vesna held similar roles at PracticeEvolve, delivering training and consultancy for legal practice end-users, as well as resolving technical issues in a Client Support Analyst position.
