Shoshana Marder

In her role as Senior Program Lead, and Product Manager, Shoshana works on existing and new programs, driving iterative improvement based on learnings. She focuses on Leap Fund’s current Benefits Cliff Coaching Program and Employer Offerings, with a strong lens on user feedback and product feedback loops. She also oversees data analysis for the programs, as well as wrangling fundraising efforts.

Shoshana received her BA from Stern College Honors Program, and prior to joining Leap Fund in 2019, was a Program Assistant at the International Rescue Committee. When she’s not working to change benefits cliff policy, Shoshana loves exploring new hiking routes upstate and is a ruthless rater of her local coffee shops (ratings which she shares with nobody, obviously).

She has spoken about Product Feedback Loops at the Prosperity Now Summit (2022), and about benefit cliffs at the National FSS Conference by Compass Working Capital (2022).
