Monique Langston

Monique Langston is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various educational and organizational settings. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Distinctive Schools since July 2019 and Chief of Staff at LEAP Innovations since February 2024, Monique has also held multiple executive positions within Distinctive Schools, including Chief Engagement Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Previous roles include Cambiar Catalyst Fellow at Cambiar Catalyst, a member of the Chief network, and Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO at Distinctive Schools/Acceleration Academies/ERDI. Monique's career began at Chicago Public Schools, where roles included Director of Partnerships and Manager of External Communications, following an early career at Weber Shandwick as an Account Coordinator. Monique holds a Master of Science in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, both from Roosevelt University.
