Tony Osborn started their work experience in 1994 as an Implementation Analyst at Advanced Legal, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined Peapod LegalOffice as a Helpdesk Technician until 2015. From 2015 onwards, Tony has been working at LEAP Legal Software UK, first as an Implementation Consultant and currently as a Client Success Manager. Tony'sroles have focused on providing support and implementing legal software solutions for small law firms.

Tony Osborn attended Scott Lidgett Secondary School from 1971 to 1976. Tony did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field during this time. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained several in various areas such as improving thinking, phone-based customer service, working with upset customers, accounting foundations, bookkeeping, customer retention, financial record keeping, learning Office 365, learning Zoom, Microsoft Teams Essential Training, Salesforce Lightning Essentials: First Look, and Salesforce: Dashboards. These certifications were obtained in 2020 from LinkedIn.
